We wanted something we could confidently give our kids - snacks that were natural, nutrient-dense, and made with the highest quality ingredients.

The journey to create BERSKI started in Aleks’ kitchen with a simple goal: make a healthier, higher-quality snack. We experimented with countless jerky recipes, focusing on great taste and real nutrition. Through testing different cuts of beef, refining our drying process, and adding nutrient-dense organs like liver and heart, the product slowly came together. Our families and friends were the first testers, and when they kept asking for more, we knew we had something special - a snack we were proud to eat and share.
